Thorton-Koelz Wedding Cake



Four double layers of cake. 14", 12", 10" & 8". Feeds around 220 people. Buttermilk white wedding cake with bavarian cream filling. Iced with white chocolate butter cream icing and finished with a butter cream peral border on each layer with butter cream dots. Bride requested real flowers to match the bridal flowers. This was a wonderful idea. Beautiful flowers finished this cake.

Alabama Grooms Cake



2 tiered strawberry cake with butter cream icing and fondant Alabama "A". Feeds around 60 people. Finished with chocolate dipped strawberries around the outside.

Lime green and Pink Polka Dots



The birthday girl wanted zebra print along with lime green and pink polka dots. 3 tiers feed around 55 people. Iced in butter cream icing and finished with fondant accents.

Pink Polka Dots and Flowers




2 small round tiers feeds around 35 people. Butter cream icing with fondant accents. 1 on top of cake is made from chocolate flavored black fondant. (Tastes like tootsie roll). Smash cake comes with this cake for the birthday boy/girl.

3 Tiered Purple and Black Cake



3 tiers of cake that feeds around 100 people. Iced in butter cream icing with fondant accents. Topper made out of Sugar Paste.

Cumberland University Graduation Cake



Double layer rounds feed around 50 people. Butter cream icing with sugar printed nursing logo and school logo.
