Gingerbread Decorating Classes

This year Sugar Mama's Bakery will be hosting gingerbread decorating classes at a couple area locations, but you can also schedule us to come to your home or location of your choice. We have several night and weekend dates available from November 28, 2009 thru December 22, 2009. Cost is $40 per person. This includes a fully baked and constructed gingerbread house, icing and all the candy you will need to decorate the house as well as 2 hours of my time. In-home parties will require a minimum of 5 gingerbread houses. Call us today to book your event. Create those losting memories with your family/friends. Need houses for Thanksgiving break. Call us and we will do everything we can to get them ready for your holiday decorating party.

Darth Vader Grooms Cake

5 layers of chocolate cake iced in chocolate butter cream and wrapped in black chocolate fondant. (I would not suggest this cake if you are looking for great flavor. Most sculpted cakes lack in flavor)

Fall Rehearsal Dinner Cake

3 square tiers of strawberry cake. (you could choose 3 flavors) Iced in butter cream and wrapped with silk ribbon and silk flowers placed throughout. Feeds 50-60.

Baby Booties

Square layer and circle layer both is yellow cake. (You could choose 2 different flavors) Iced in butter cream with fondant accents. Finish the cake with your special name.

Elephant and Lion Cake

2 layers of Chocolate cake iced with butter cream and then wrapped with fondant. All accents are made from fondant as well. Feeds 45-50 people.

Blue Rose

This cake was done for a dear friend of mine. Her husband is in the military and is deployed. He emailed asking for a cake with a blue rose be made for his wife. How very sweet!!! Feeds 5-10 people. Rose is made out of fondant.
