Pink Poodle Cake with Smash Cake

Pink Poodle themed cake with a smash cake for the birthday girl. 2-3" chocolate cake layers with 2" vanilla layer on top. Iced in butter cream with fondant accents. Smash cake is vanilla and iced in butter cream with fondant poodle. Feeds approximately 50 people.

Pink Poodle Cookies

Sugar cookie created in the shape of a poodle. Used royal icing and color flow to fill in the cookie and create the smooth effect. Finished the look with hot pink sugar around the collar and top of head and around the ankles. Perfect for any little girls Pink Poodle themed party.

3 layers of cake wrapped in butter cream icing with sugar paste accents. All topped with a actual Monster truck for the birthday boy to play with. Pick up to 3 flavors of cake and color scheme for the icing. Feeds 40-55 people.

Gingerbread Decorating Classes

This year Sugar Mama's Bakery will be hosting gingerbread decorating classes at a couple area locations, but you can also schedule us to come to your home or location of your choice. We have several night and weekend dates available from November 28, 2009 thru December 22, 2009. Cost is $40 per person. This includes a fully baked and constructed gingerbread house, icing and all the candy you will need to decorate the house as well as 2 hours of my time. In-home parties will require a minimum of 5 gingerbread houses. Call us today to book your event. Create those losting memories with your family/friends. Need houses for Thanksgiving break. Call us and we will do everything we can to get them ready for your holiday decorating party.

Darth Vader Grooms Cake

5 layers of chocolate cake iced in chocolate butter cream and wrapped in black chocolate fondant. (I would not suggest this cake if you are looking for great flavor. Most sculpted cakes lack in flavor)

Fall Rehearsal Dinner Cake

3 square tiers of strawberry cake. (you could choose 3 flavors) Iced in butter cream and wrapped with silk ribbon and silk flowers placed throughout. Feeds 50-60.

Baby Booties

Square layer and circle layer both is yellow cake. (You could choose 2 different flavors) Iced in butter cream with fondant accents. Finish the cake with your special name.

Elephant and Lion Cake

2 layers of Chocolate cake iced with butter cream and then wrapped with fondant. All accents are made from fondant as well. Feeds 45-50 people.

Blue Rose

This cake was done for a dear friend of mine. Her husband is in the military and is deployed. He emailed asking for a cake with a blue rose be made for his wife. How very sweet!!! Feeds 5-10 people. Rose is made out of fondant.

Hot Pink, Purple and Lime Green Cake

This cake was decorated to match the color scheme for Royal Brush Pottery. 3 layers of vanilla cake covered in butter cream icing with fondX accents.

Wedding Shower Polka Dots

4 alternating tiers of Vanilla and Chocolate cake iced in butter cream and covered in FondX. Polka dots cascading from top to bottom in Burnt Orange, Light Orange, Chocolate Brown and Light Brown. Feeds 100 people.

Delicate Flowers

2 tiered round layered cake with butter cream filling. Iced in butter cream with delicate floral design on side. Customize colors and style of flowers on top to match any theme. Feeds 7-12 people.

Baby Shower Cake with Rattle

Square cake tiers with pudding filled layers. Iced in butter cream icing and finished with fondant accents. Customize to match any theme. Feeds 25-30 people.

Sailboat Cake

3 tiers of sailboat fun. Top tier is perfect for your childs name, middle tier has sailboats and the bottom tier will "anchor" your cake. Pick two different flavors with this one. customize with fondant or butter cream icing. Fondant icing has been used on picture shown. creates a smooth look. Feeds 65-70 people.

12" Round white cake with brown colored butter cream icing. Customized with Sugar Paste Bow and Teddy Bear with Fondant light blue polka dots. Feeds up to 40.

This dinosaur was constructed out of Vanilla Pound Cake. Iced with buttercream icing and then wrapped in fondant. This makes a cute cake for a pool theme with the swimmies and other items that could be added. Feeds around 20-25 guests.

Stegosaurus Cake

This cake was constructed of Vanilla Pound Cake. Iced with buttercream icing and then a layer of fondant was added. The stegosaurus can be colored any way the client wants with airbrushing effects. Feeds 40-50 guests.

These cakes were specifically made for a Soda Shop Themed Birthday Party. Jukebox cake can be two different flavors and the record was a carrot cake with raisins. Iced in buttercream with fondant accents.

Cupcake Tree

So my dad built me this cupcake tree for events and I got to use it almost immediately. thanks to Equilibrium for letting us be a part of your 6 month Anniversary party. We baked 100 mini cupcakes and 1 6" round cake that sported their logo for the top.

S'Mores Cupcakes

These cupcakes were also made for the Casting For A Cure event last month. The theme was fly fishing and camping and such. The food was also themed around things you eat when doing either of these events. What is better than a S'mores Cupcake. I created a graham cracker cake with milk chocolate chips mixed in. Then topped each mini cupcake off with a marshmellow fluff and chocolate sprinkles. S'mores on a cupcake scale.

Sculpted Kayak

This kayak was constructed out of styrofoam and then covered with fondant. I then painted the fondant with petal dust and vodka. This kayak was a centerpiece on the dessert table at The Music City Fly Girls fundraising party Casting For A Cure.
